The "Sign up" button never becomes enabled after entering my name & email. Also when you search on the website, the text types backwards. So when I searched for "sign up" it actually searched for "pu ngis" and told me no results found, naturally. 🙄 I literally had to type it in as "pu ngis" to search for sign up info, of which there is none. So unfortunately I won't be able to support my employer's charity because I can't even sign up. Can't imagine what a disaster the rest of the app is!

I just biked what I know to be 2+ miles because I've walked the same route using a Fitbit and Charity Miles didn't record any of it! So, I tried again using the exact same route and, again, nothing! I biked nearly five miles in twenty minutes and I have nothing to show for it. This isn't the first time this has happened either. I walked the same route three days in a row but it only counted a streak of two days. This app used to work! It's such a good concept but it fails to deliver.

Still no Garmin Connect integration and you can only sync to, not from, Strava.

I am using CM iwith a team. On 3/13/22 I walked over 6 miles and decided to check to see how far away or near I was for the 7th miles. To my surprise it zeroed out, I thought it was my data, but no it wasn't. I did not touched the finished tab either. So, frustrated. I contacted them but, yet to get a reply. That's why I am giving a two stars and not a five stars.

Have used for years. Love the concept. Unfortunatley it is inaccurate for walks and no matter what I try it will not register bike miles. Have uninstalled and reinstalled. Still doesn't work. Using with Android.

My sister used this app years ago to raise money for MS Society, but stopped because of too many issues. I had hoped that they had fixed them, but apparently not. I used it for about two weeks. On my walks, where my phone is usually in my hand, it works fine. No issues. But on my bike rides when my phone is in my jersey pocket, or if I use my arm holder on a walk, it registers absolutely no distance at all. Three bikes rides of 18-20 miles and no credit for any of them. If they could manage to get it to sync with my Garmin device I might reinstall, but totally not useful as it is.

Love the idea of this App, but it drops my workouts or incorrectly tracks my distance regularly. Pretty frustrating and looking for another option. Also cannot see the page to select the type of workout to track. Tiny little icons with even tinier print. More frustration for those with vision impairment.
